Well, allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Susanne Rauer, the CEO, proud founder, and 1 of our Executive Master Coaches, here at GAIA Coaching.
My passion is to help people to get unstuck.
My purpose is to facilitate conscious leadership through ‘internal & external’ self-awareness – helping you embody authenticity, integrity, and excellence, in how you lead, and produce results.
With more than 30 years of experience, I’ve been challenging leaders to think differently, to lead differently – to lead consciously.
I hold a special place for the deep & thoughtful leaders, in my heart;
- the leaders who listen before speaking,
- the leaders who reflect deeply instead of reacting –
- and therefore act consciously & decisively.
Clients appreciate working with me because of my structured and organised approach – you can blame my German roots for that – combined with the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit I’ve embraced and learned here in beautiful Australia. This balance creates a safe, trusted space to pause, reflect, and act – to explore new ways forward.

An Executive Coaching Point of View (ExCoVi)
As an Executive Master Coach and Trainer, I am very fortunate to work with various talented, high-achieving and wonderful people. Every time I coach, I learn something new about my client, our society and myself. The summary of thoughts is based on emerging themes across all kinds of interactions I have; be it one-on-one executive coaching, group coaching or coaching training. ExCoVis are meant to invite people to think differently based on scientifically or statistically proven understanding and lateral thinking. None of the content is meant to offend anyone in any way and is rather an invitation to discuss different executive points of view with respect and integrity.
