The Rise Of The Introverts

I wonder if you agree with me on this one:

For far too long, the world has celebrated the loudest voices in the room.  But leadership doesn’t have to be loud. And not all leaders are loud.

Some lead with a quiet strength – a strength that doesn’t seek the spotlight – a strength that makes others feel heard and lean in.

As an introvert / learnt-extrovert, myself – and after decades of coaching leaders in finance, IT, engineering, law, sales and marketing, I know how often deep thinkers feel unseen.

COVID actually gave planet earth, and some professionals, a moment to pause, to breathe, to re-energise. And to truly connect with ourselves.

Introverts often have a unique way of looking at the world, ideas on how to change things for the better – but to contribute, we need to speak up, we need to show up – show up for ourselves, and for the change we want to see in the world.

If you value depth over noise, intention over impulse, and purpose over busyness, you’re not alone.

That’s exactly why I created GAIA Coaching and the Conscious Leadership Coaching Program. It’s a space for leaders like you to slow down, listen inward, and align your path with what truly matters.

Here, we don’t push you to do something that you don’t appreciate, to be someone you’re not. Instead, you’re strengthening who you really are – with awareness, strategy, purpose, clarity and calm.

Because leadership is not about being louder, it’s about being clearer. It’s about having absolute clarity.

An Executive Coaching Point of View (ExCoVi)

As an Executive Master Coach and Trainer, I am very fortunate to work with various talented, high-achieving and wonderful people. Every time I coach, I learn something new about my client, our society and myself. The summary of thoughts is based on emerging themes across all kinds of interactions I have; be it one-on-one executive coaching, group coaching or coaching training. ExCoVis are meant to invite people to think differently based on scientifically or statistically proven understanding and lateral thinking. None of the content is meant to offend anyone in any way and is rather an invitation to discuss different executive points of view with respect and integrity. The content is shared to raise awareness and to inspire people to integrate their conscious and unconscious mind and therefore transform unconscious behaviour into conscious behaviour.
