And that gap can cost you clarity, relationships and results. But with self-awareness, you accelerate results, and lead with integrity.
Here are 3 ways to grow your self-awareness as a leader:
- Pause & Reflect – In moments that matter, notice your thoughts and emotions before reacting.
- Seek Feedback – Ask trusted colleagues how they experience you.
- Practice Presence – Be fully in the moment, listen more deeply and don’t get stuck on autopilot.
Just think about it … What becomes possible if you truly saw yourself – as others do – and led with that self-awareness?
