Yes, I have been getting a lot of messages since I started doing these videos, asking if GAIA Coaching offers workshop facilitation. And the answer is yes – but they are not your typical “off-the-shelf” “tick-a-box” kind. The sort where everyone just turns up for the free lunch. And nothing really changes.
The workshops we do are deeply bespoke and personalised. They are created after we sit down with the leader of your organisation understanding the behavioural change needed.
From there, we would co-design a tailored development journey.
To get the results you want to see, it can’t be a “cookie-cutter”, “one size fits all”, or “let’s get the cheapest training provider – to tick the box” approach.
The work with us will always be bespoke, intentional, impactful, and of course – conscious.

As an Executive Master Coach and Trainer, I am very fortunate to work with various talented, high-achieving and wonderful people. Every time I coach, I learn something new about my client, our society and myself. The summary of thoughts is based on emerging themes across all kinds of interactions I have; be it one-on-one executive coaching, group coaching or coaching training. ExCoVis are meant to invite people to think differently based on scientifically or statistically proven understanding and lateral thinking.
