For over three decades Ellenor has passionately pursued combining purpose and high-performance strategies in order to create a balanced and fulfilling life. She had the privilege of working with incredible companies and teams as a marketing executive and Emmy™ award-winning film producer and now provides executive coaching and business consultancy services.

Her fascination with how we can become the best possible versions of ourselves led her to gaining Australasia’s most rigorous professional coaching qualifications and becoming a certified Meta Dynamics facilitator and Level 2 Extended Disc Profiling consultant and trainer.

In short this means that she is obsessed with the brain science behind how people tick. She loves helping others to become clearer and more confident by understanding themselves better. She works with a broad range of people in a variety of fields and extends her services to mentoring in the Creative and Start Up / Small Business sectors. Having run her own businesses for 25 years and having a teenage daughter, she has learnt a thing or two about the juggling required to not just keep on top of everything but to flourish at the same time.

Ellenor is curious, committed to excellence and dedicated to seeing goals accomplished. This started with an impeccable academic record of a 99.9 ATAR and University Medal and was soon followed by becoming one of QANTAS’s youngest female marketing executives before she turned 25. Her curiosity to identify her ‘Zone of Genius’ then saw a 20+ year career as one of Australia’s most prolific and awarded film producers. And now she hits her sweet spot – that of being a coach focused on supporting emerging and established executives on their journey towards accomplishing their meaningful goals.

Some people come to work with Ellenor because of a specific challenge or crisis and some with a sense that change is needed but without the clarity of what that change needs to be. Many are at a career crossroads or wanting to transition out of an existing role or lifestyle and keen to explore various employment and life options. More business focused challenges often involve a desire to become better leaders and to learn more accomplished negotiating and communication techniques.

No matter what the reason, Ellenor facilitates solutions that honour the specific style, values, and circumstances of each person that she works with. There are principals and strategies that are constant but how they are applied varies. It’s a collaborative process that involves both the client and the coach being all in with the desire to create long-lasting change and clarity.
